Golsoft and Karaj Municipality have signed a sevice contract to EAM capability building. Karaj Municipality is governing a huge metropolitan area with over 1.5 million population and needs to establish a well-grounded EAM capability in order to manage increasing complexity of its business and IT services.

Golsoft will provide Karaj Municipality full range of consulting and training servisec to desgin, deliver and sustain EAM core services, including EA scoping and meta-model design, EAM organazational structure design, EAM/EAG process controls, EA team building and empowerment, and EA repository start-up.
